Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse or LPN will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY!!!
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current state license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
